Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BoardClarity website and course at boardclarity.ai. By enrolling in the course, purchasing a corporate licence, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About BoardClarity
BoardClarity is a nine-module course in AI governance for financial services boards. The course is governance education. It is not legal, regulatory or investment advice, and completing it does not constitute professional advice or guarantee any particular regulatory or business outcome.
2. Course access and licence
When you enrol as an individual, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own use. Corporate licences are issued per named member; course materials and documents are individually watermarked and may not be shared outside the licensed individual’s organisation without our written consent.
3. Payment and pricing
Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase, including any founding membership or corporate licence pricing. Payments are processed securely through our platform provider, Kajabi. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials, text, design and branding on this website, including the BoardClarity name and trade mark, are owned by BoardClarity or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from course materials beyond your own personal or licensed use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or course, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, sharing login credentials or licensed materials outside your organisation, or using the course content to build a competing product or service.
6. Disclaimer
The website and course are provided “as is”. While we take care to keep course content accurate, sourced and up to date, we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or suitable for your specific regulatory circumstances. You remain responsible for obtaining independent legal or regulatory advice specific to your board and jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoardClarity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or course. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or licence.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the course for anyone who breaches these Terms, including by sharing licensed materials outside their organisation.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or course after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
